Sunethra Ranasinghe
I am a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) certified under the BACB and IBAO boards, with a deep passion for supporting the Sri Lankan community and strengthening the field of Special Education. My mission is to spread positivity and deliver ethical, professional, and high-quality services to children, families, and schools.
In Sri Lanka, many schools face challenges in recruiting qualified shadow teachers and special educators, while families often struggle to find professional behavioral therapists for their children. At the same time, individuals who are interested in working in the Special Education Needs (SEN) field often find it difficult to know where to start, how to get proper training, and how to build a professional career.
Recognizing these gaps, I founded Faves Remedies with a clear vision: to establish a Special Education system that aligns with internationally accepted standards. With my international experience and professional background, I aim to bridge global best practices with local community needs.
At Faves Remedies, we focus not only on supporting children and families but also on training and supervising dedicated professionals. My team is carefully guided and mentored to ensure quality, ethical practice, and professional growth. Those who gain experience with us are equipped with the knowledge and skills to access strong career opportunities both nationally and internationally.
